My family and I have known the attorneys for 11 years now. They helped our family when my wife was in a catastrophic car accident with our 4 1/2-year-old daughter and our second child. My daughter suffered a spinal cord injury and my wife sustained damage to knee and back as well. Sarah and Mike helped us through the very difficult process of recovering from that day and pursuing legal remedies against the driver who was at fault, as well as continuing legal representation against our insurance carrier to ensure that our daughter and my wife continue to receive the no-fault benefits they are entitled to. My experience with Michael hohauser has been awful. When I called him about my injuries in an accident he assured me that he was going to take care of me. he assigned me Elizabeth Who seem to se seem to be a very nice one woman. She counseled me as to the second party insurance which we won. But soon thereafter she was let go of her job and Michael sent me a letter saying they were no longer going to represent me and was very cruel on the phone with me. Elizabeth's advice because Michigan is a no-fault state was to not pay the balances that the State Farm did not pay try to get them to pay if not file for bankruptcy as soon as the case was over. So that is what I did and and now I am getting calls from attorneys threatening me. I had a severe concussion and brain injury as well as a crushed shoulder. She advised me to continue with the shoulder treatments and Natsu for the head in the neck until they stop paying for shoulder. Which I agreed with because I needed care with the shoulder that needed surgery. I am completely not satisfied with this firm and strongly suggest to NOT use this law firm if you want compassion and confidence that they have your back. My rating is 1
