Katie took time out of her day to consult with me regarding a potential property purchase purely out of the goodness of her heart. She has a great depth of knowledge, was clear & helpful not only answering my questions but providing insights I should consider based on her experience in this area of law. It's rare to encounter someone so knowledgeable and willing to help - highly recommend!

If you feel, you or someone you love has been wronged, Trust in Dingeman and Dancer PLC.. They brought justice for our family, and protection for many others in the process. Everyone there was very caring. This firm changed lives forever and I'm so very grateful. My husband and I now have wills, powers of attorneys and a protected Lady Bird deed to assure our assets are safe, I would say a Great Team addressing all our legal matters.
With Sincere Thanks

20 years ago I didn't have access a review system like Google reviews. This law firm took everything from us. Not only did we put everything we had into our lawsuit that spanned almost 5 years, we were assured a win. In our lawsuit a few entities paid to get out of it and that money went into an account at our attorney's office. I believe it was around $150,000. When our case was lost due to their negligence and the jury verdict form we want our case but we were not awarded anything outside of that $150,000. This group switched attorneys on us at the last minute after 5 years of waiting to go trial because of mold damage to our home. It was their fault let the jury verdict form was messed up because they put young attorneys at the head of our case just before the trial began. Green attorneys who had no idea what they were doing. We actually won the lawsuit and we should have been awarded damages for our children and their health. After the trial, we received a packet in the mail of 100 or more pages. They charged us for all the paper pencils Staples you name it that were used during the span of five years and it totaled the amount that we had sitting in our account with the attorney's office. They wouldn't even give us the money from the entities involved in the case that settled out of court. In order to Sue this firm, something that is not easy to do we would have had to come up with $60,000 just to pay another attorney to fight this law firm for their handling of our case. We've definitely gotten past it but it just irritated the crap out of me to get on their reviews and see they have four stars on Google reviews. This is an evil law firm I don't care what their reviews say.

Mark Dancer and his team were wonderful to work with. They were very quick to answer phone calls and email questions. If I could give them a rating higher than 5 stars I would.
