Super impressed! My massage was fantastic and just what I needed. Bonus: they have what looks like a physical therapy or health training floor with equipment. While I was waiting to be seen, they were arranging to have a client picked up for therapy which I thought was. Great service. Staff mentioned the regular cost for a one hour massage is just $80 which is extremely reasonable based on other area spas. I recommend Back To You to anyone looking for a relaxed environment with no pressure to hurry up and set the next appt. I felt very welcomed and comfortable.

This Physical Therapy Clinic is truly exceptional. I've been coming here for over 3 months--originally for shoulder rehab --but about 2 months in, John identified that my wrist pain was contributing to the issue of not being able to do my shoulder PT exercises. They immediately integrated OT into my plan to address the root cause of not being compliant with my exercises and help me return to swimming and full shoulder recovery. While every staff member here is incredible, I want to recognize Sara, one of the PT Techs, for her outstanding care and attention to detail. From the moment you walk in, she greets you warmly, genuinely asks how you're doing, writes down notes to pass on to the PT, and ensures your visit starts with comfort and care. When she's working, the entire atmosphere feels lighter, more positive, and more organized. She seems to anticipate both patient and therapist needs--often before anyone even asks--and it's clear she's paying attention to every detail, from body language to workflow. Her presence is so impactful that when she's off, you can feel the difference immediately. Sara is encouraging, compassionate, and constantly checking in to make sure patients are on track. She manages countless small but essential tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly--cleaning tables, organizing equipment, finishing up PT treatment, and helping patients transition between exercises--all with professionalism and grace. She truly feels like the anchor of the clinic: organized, curious, joyful, and always eager to learn. Even on the busiest days, she brings calm, warmth, and positivity to every interaction. All of the PT Techs and staff are wonderful, but Sara consistently stands out for her dedication, empathy, and the genuine care she brings to every appointment for patients at this location. After 3 months, it's clear she's an invaluable part of what makes this clinic so special. Great job Sara, keep it up!

Terrific team of therapists. Very professional staff and team. They address the physical needs and provide an excellent set of exercises. They are pleasant, down to earth and enjoyable making you feel at home. Hannah is the best, so caring and knowledgeable.

Th are very supportive and encouraging to keep striving for Higher Health and wellness, Ive worked with other therapist through the years, no come close to what Back to You offers.
