Contacting an attorney can already be a stressful experience, especially when you are dealing with a difficult situation. However, there is never an excuse for anyone at a law office to be rude or condescending. When I called to inquire about a matter that did not go well, the individual who answered the phone was dismissive and unprofessional. He repeatedly interrupted me, failed to listen, and worded his questions in a manner that felt belittling. Based on the firm's website and an attorney search, I believed I was contacting the appropriate type of law office. To be clear, my concern is not that they were unable to take my case--if it was outside their scope of practice, that is understandable. My concern is the lack of professionalism and respect shown during the interaction. Many professions offer referrals when a client's needs fall outside their area of expertise. I attempted to ask if he could suggest what type of attorney I should contact or recommend someone who might handle my type of case. Before I could even finish my question, I was abruptly cut off and told they could not help me. He then suggested I "Google product liability attorneys." This type of interaction leaves a lasting negative impression and reflects poorly on the firm as a whole. I wish to remind them that without the general population, attorneys are out of a job.

Some of the worst service that I've ever seen you have a so-called intake manager named Michelle that oversteps her position which is not a lawyer. She will send you forms to fill out when you get them filled out then because you don't want to kiss her deviere say that the firm is not taking any cases on. After they get you to sign that they're going to represent you. I don't recommend anybody to utilize this law firm and my cousin and myself we will be filing attorney grievance committee complaint!!. ASAP such rude and unprofessional behavior from staff members even the receptionist Suzette when you leave a message to get a return phone call. You don't get . How I've been handled in the last 3 Days by their receptionist / so-called funny and supervisor Michelle is inexcusable!! Glad I keep up with records no one can never lie and say that they didn't falsely mislead. I look forward to filing a complaint with the attorney grievance committing

I had nothing but a pleasurable experience with W&F. Every step of the way, they were clear, concise, honest, and they didn't confuse me with alot of legal jargon. They made sure I stayed updated on my case an where they/we were in the process. Should the situation arise, I would definitely use their services again and would absolutely recommend them to others.
