Do not.... I repeat, DO NOT hire this firm for anything pertaining to civil justice. These people, even down to the receptionist, are fraudulent liars complicit in sabotaging and compromising the integrity of your case. I gave my 1099 to Mr Reifman with irrefutable hard numbers to negotiate my wage loss and this individual acted as an incompetent charlatan deliberately, willfully, and illegally acting in the best interest of the insurance company by allowing them to lowball me into an illegal settlement. I thank God that I have all of my receipts and emails and will be pursuing all legal remedies against this firm for causing me furthered distress and financial harm. My experience with this firm has been a literal nightmare. Run from these people and find a conscientious honest firm to help you with your redress of grievances. The receptionist lies and says Reifman is in court or in a meeting anytime you call to get information on your case. I will encourage anyone who has been a client here to review your case because you may have a legal malpractice case against them as I do. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. This my full and honest experience of this firm.

I typically do not leave negative reviews, but my experience with Reifman Law Group, PLLC--particularly with attorneys Steven Reifman and Kate Kasperek--has been deeply disappointing and unacceptable, especially given the nature of the legal matter: the wrongful death case of my father. After a settlement was reached and approved by the court, I was assured (in writing) that the revised distribution documents--reflecting a court-ordered reduction in attorney fees--would be sent "ASAP." Despite this being a simple and straightforward change, it still was not delivered within a reasonable time, and I was forced to file a Motion to Compel in court just to get the paperwork finalized. This is something no grieving family should have to do after the court has already approved a settlement. Worse than the delay was the tone and unprofessionalism displayed. My attempts to follow up and ensure progress were met with dismissive responses such as "please relax," and I was even accused of "harassing us" merely for asking for basic updates and accountability--communication that is both reasonable and necessary, especially when sensitive legal matters are involved. This law firm has shown a disregard for client respect, timely communication, and fiduciary responsibility. In my case, their delay interfered with other high-level business matters and caused unnecessary emotional and professional harm. Legal counsel should never treat their clients with such indifference--especially in matters involving estates and family loss. If you value professionalism, integrity, and timely follow-through, I would strongly urge you to reconsider working with Reifman Law Group. This experience was more harmful than helpful.

Amazing attorneys and paralegals. Very consistent with communication, steady work but will get you a settlement as soon as they can. Thank you so much Reifman Law!

Updated review: 6-29-2024 I'm pleased with my attorney Michael Oblizajek... He's made me feel at ease by being attentive and efficient. I'm very glad that he has joined the Reifman Law Firm team. He's doing a very good job so far!!! Update: I ended up discovering that my son and I were tricked out of our money with this law firm. They changed my/our lawyers four times and the guy Peter who worked there was not only stealing from the insurance companies but I believe he stole from us as well. My numbers to begin with were supposed to be 6 figures... Going towards the end of my/our case with the second or third lawyer I believe (not Michael Oblizajek) the numbers changed significantly and we were told we were lucky because the lady didn't have insurance but they were somehow able to get 20/40. When I settled my futures and my first lawyer had returned, he gave me 3 options to settle the payout. Those options were never given to me when he was gone, which let me know that we got played out of our money. I expressed to him that I would like for him to recover the money that Peter and that lawyer took from us... They stopped answering my phone calls and gave up overall eventually. I don't believe Michael Oblizajek had anything to do with it... But, I am warning y'all to deal with them at your own risk! Very shady deal... And they taught me to definitely be more aware of who I will deal with in the future. Be careful y'all!

Randy Calvin is an incompetent attorney. He filed our appeal late. Made many errors in the appeal including names, dates, length of sentence, county. The Court of Appeals stated he was inefficient counsel.
