At first I was hesitant to contact Goodman Acker, as I have used big name TV ad law firms before. I had a possible trip-and-fall case. I tripped, fell, and wound up with a broken left hand on a poorly maintained sidewalk in Romeo, MI. I decided to give Goodman Acker a call to get a free case evaluation. They did not disappoint. I did not have to make an appointment and go to their office, a fact that I appreciated. I filled out an online form and was contacted by a legal assistant within 10 minutes. No waiting on hold for hours or waiting for days to get a reply. The person I talked to was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease. She needed pictures and had me text them. She called me back five minutes later after an attorney happened to walk by her desk. The attorney reviewed the information and pictures. It was determined that I did not have a case because it was on a city sidewalk, rather than the business next to the sidewalk where I fell. Cities have immunity against things like trip-and-fall cases. She did mention that there are some law firms who do handle cases like mine, but warned it would be very hard to prosecute. The whole process took 30 minutes from start to finish. I was satisfied with the service I received. The response was not what I was hoping to hear, but at least I have an answer. I was impressed with the fact that they did not try to take on a case they knew they couldn't win. I'm sure there are plenty of shady law firms who do that. Everything was seamless and professional from start to finish. I was pleased with their level of customer service, speed of response time, and honesty. I would recommend Goodman Acker to anyone. If I need a personal injury attorney in the future, I know who to call.

Goodman Acker is really good people Tim sulolli helped me a lot and got my case settled in 3 months . He moved fast and he called me anytime to update me . The office is also nice every time you call . I highly recommend Tim sulolli . he does his job right
