STAY AWAY!!!!! If you go through this firm, DO NOT, DO NOT, use Kelly Ellsworth! He just sat there during my hearing listening to me being verbally thrashed by the opposing party's lawyer and said absolutely nothing. didn't defend me, didn't try and argue my points and feelings towards the matters that should have been showcased.. All he ever did was file some paperwork, and thats it. Stuff I could have done EASILY. My family paid his 1,500 retainer and he pretended he would protect my rights, and when it came time for him to do so, he DID NOT. Don't waste your money on him, I don't know how he passed the bar exam, but he needs his certification revoked.

Kelly Ellsworth was very professional and helpful. He is a true professional and is genuine and truly focused on the best possible results. He was friendly, caring, & completely understanding. If someone is in legal need, I would definitely recommend him!

I have left my lawyer, Kelly Ellsworth, several messages trying to get in touch with him about an important matter. For 2 weeks now. And not once have I gotten a response from him or even anybody in his office. Now his voicemail box is full. I've called and spoken with another attorney and asked them to have him call me, they said they would do that, and yet still I haven't spoken to him. This is ridiculous.
