Heather helped me through my entire case - she listened intently when explaining any situations happening and she was straight to the point and got me everything my children deserved. They always return a phone call or email, but I really liked that there wasn't a lot of random conversation in between; the job was getting done and we didn't have to talk 24/7 as that's not easy as a full time working single mom. When I needed or wanted something, she got it done amazingly fast.
