Randall Shepard Family Law Attorney

Randall Shepard is heartless and weak. The worse thing I ever did is trust him to help me with a parenting share situation with my granddaughters. I did all the work on my case including get service executed. MrcShepard was late for court, but hung around to let the opposing party bully him into working against me. No, Mr Shepard should never be trusted with family matters. He did ok on cut and dry stuff but is horrid at litigation. He charged me 10,000 and has garnishment against me. His office refuses to provide me with records of what I paid. And every month mr Shepard faithfully sendsca bill of 10000 and outrageous interest charges for WORK WHICH HE NEVER EVEN DID FOR ME.

Very nice attorney, he took the TIME to review my documents and told me he may not be the type of attorney that I need but to get back to him if I didn't find someone that I felt was more suited to my needs.

I have used Mr. Shepard in 3 different aspects of law and found him to be very knowledgeable and personable. His advise was precise and always with my best interest in the forefront. I found his rates to be reasonable. The staff in his office is always polite and accommodating. If I called and he wasn't available, I received a call back as soon as he was able to. I had a uncontested Divorce with my wife . This guy , and my incontinent lawyer could not figure out how to avoid arbitration from a mediator , This guy tried to low ball me extremely .Thus forcing me to obtain a lawyer .They probably go golfing together , who knows ? They were talking about golf at the arbitration hearing With the mediator. I was hoping to get the divorce without any need for a lawyer , but I had no choice after the proposal from him for my wife . If you Talk to him for 13 minutes minutes he will charge $75.00 . He soaked my ex wife for all the money he could .Of course he seems like a nice guy ... But I would be too if I was making my client drag the case on , just so I could get more money . The paperwork at the divorce hearing in front of the judge was wrong ,so he had apologize and fix that . If you need a divorce and its uncontested... do self of favor ...save a lot of money , Get a competent person to file the paperwork and Go to mediator , and pay the mediator . The mediator in a couple hours, for a few hundred bucks , did more good than this lawyer and my incompetent lawyer could acheive in multiple months . The divorce could have been taking care of with maybe at the most $2000 and ended up costing almost $20,000 . He's a stuffed sausage that will go on a European vacation during the middle of your process anyway . .

I would not trust any lawyer except for Mr.Randall Shepard who did a superb job winning my case!He is very knowledgeable,honest,friendly and compassionate!
