Ryan and Heather have been instrumental in setting up a Trust for my Mom's estate. Ryan has taken the time necessary to explain all aspects of creating such a document. My mom is thrilled and grateful for their help and guidance.

Poor representation for several reasons. 1. Ryan Dobson called in "sick" for court and face to face appointments several times on the day of. He would have his secretary email me and inform me sometimes as I was literally on my way to court, although we texted each other often any other time. Randazzo showed up once to cover him, and it was obvious that he barely knew anything about my case. 2. Ryan lied and told me I was to agree to a Cobbs agreement when trying to convince me to accept a plea, per his alleged "discussions with the prosecutor." However, the judge later told me he doesn't, and never has, accepted Cobbs pleas. The discussion never happened. Ryan lied to get me to plead guilty. 3. Ryan told me right outside of the courtroom that I was going to jail, and quit right there in court after turning beet red and basically crying because I told him I don't believe anything he says. He then threw a tantrum and quit in the courtroom. Literally almost cried Completely emotional, unprofessional, and ineffective. A man literally came up to me after his meltdown and said they've never witnessed an "attorney" speak to their client in such an unprofessional way, and to get him off my case, stat. 4. In the end, he did me a favor quitting, because I ended up getting the exact plea deal he said I couldn't get and refused to fight for. Better in fact. 1 year of non reporting probation, because any fool could see that the state's case was weak. Well, not any fool apparently. But the $4K I paid him was a complete waste. He changed his whole tune almost as soon as I paid him. I suspect he never had any intention of doing any real work for me and my family. 5. He told me that we needed to file a motion of some sort based on a faulty medical report, and told me that even if the motion was unsuccessful, it would put the judge on notice about what was happening in my case as far as the prosecution's "evidence." When it took him almost a month to file the motion, he then did an about face and said a motion, ANY motion, wouldn't work, and that he never said it would. I have his texts stating otherwise. He even stood up in court and called his own idea to file the motion, "frivolous" before quitting. Again, I saved the texts and emails of him stating otherwise 5. He's threatening to sue me for one of several bad reviews on the Randazzo Law page that he believes I wrote. I guess he doesnt understand what "hyperbolic" means or that their reviews are bad for a reason. Not surprised that he thinks he's a victim. The guy's not very bright. This is probably why they made this new Google page, hoping to get around honest reviews about their subpar work. I will not be intimidated or bullied by Ryan or his firm. I hadn't filed a complaint or sued for my money back because I was very battle weary from successfully fighting my case for 4 years. I just wanted my life back. But after being threatened by Ryan, I've been advised by the attorney who cleaned up his mess, to at least file a complaint with the Bar Association so he doesn't do this to other people and get away with it. So I guess I will. I wouldn't trust Ryan to tell me the sky is blue. He's dishonest, and imo not very smart as far as attorneys go. If he decides to sue, my attorney will be more than ready to defeat his whiny lies.
