I have worked w Nickerson law firm on 2 occasions. I am completely satisfied. Our needs were handled efficiently with understanding, patience and thoughtful advice. He and his staff were available as needed. Very positive experience.

Mr. Nickerson took on our cases when no one else in the area would. We had disagreements with the city and other lawyers were "afraid" to represent us. He has handled several cases for us and we would not be taken as serious with our plight as we are without him. He always talks through every situation so everyone understands what may happen or even can happen. Thank you for your continued services.

We paid his retainer up-front. Got sick and was hospitalized and in stabilization for over a year, when we were stabile enough to proceed, he never returned calls. Finally after weeks of trying to get ahold of him, he wants another retainer fee and did absolutely nothing for us. Terrible attorney, and terrible person in general for doing that. There are other attorneys in the area. Don't make the same mistake we did and save yourself some time and money.

I hired Mr. Nickerson to file a quiet title action for me over 8 months ago and still have not received resolution on the matter. I have made numerous calls to the office and get no response. I leave messages for him to call, no response.The retainer fee went out like clockwork and nothing else seems to happen. I HIGHLY recommend using someone else as you are wasting valuable time and money here.
