I can't say enough good about Family and Elder Law of Mid-Michigan. Everyone from the staff to the Intern to the attorneys were very kind and understanding. I have an adult, mildly disabled son that I wanted to make sure was taken care of, because It's just me. I don't have a lot, but I wanted to make sure there wasn't any hassle at the end of my time and that there would be people to help him through it. Sara was absolutely fantastic. Family and Elder Law is the best! My disabled friend had a catastrophic house fire. He had dismissed his former POA and had no idea where his estate papers were. They were later found in a sooty box of papers in the surviving ruble. We went to them to Sara and she helped him appoint me as his POA and established an updated Trust. I was a pressed by her help and expertise, so much so that I went back to have my own estate planning done. This firm always makes time to answer questions with a smile. I highly recommend and have suggested them to friends.
