I've been with this program for over 10years now and it has gotten worse and worse from not answering the phone to the rude person behind the counter! No reply to emails no reply back from the worker the inspections are even getting bad I waited for my inspector from 10am-2pm he arrived at 3:12pm I have mold & mildew in the home I stay in I want to move and they will not accept the program I'm getting help from to purchase my first home! Everyone is rude doesn't care if your paperwork is misplaced by one of h to ere workers they will blame you then send you a cutoff notice! I'm still waiting for an email back about rescheduling an inspection and transferring my voucher Nothing at all this is unfair completely

I have been through so much in the past few years and they have responded to me quickly, have been there to make sure my family was in a safe environment, and I truly appreciate how fast documents are sent to me. My life is so hectic, but I'm getting it together with their help. People have different experiences, but so far, mine has been great.

Good luck dealing with them. Communication is terrible. Then they don't send paperwork out that they need you to fill out, then send the letter that says you have until a certain date to appeal the decision, but that letter doesn't come before the deadline. I'm beyond upset and haven't been able to get a hold of anybody at all.

Going on 3 years. My workers have been pretty good. Communication have been great. It's a two way street. They really have helped me. Just wish they was more available landlord's. The ones they have aren't the greatest. Now adays no one accept section 8. But The workers; at szajna .

Four stars because they have such short business hours, but the woman at the front desk(I believe her name is Linda) deserves 5 stars. She is kind, informed, and efficient.
