Very dissatisfied. Matt took our call and spent an hour with us on our custody case. He indicated that he'd be able to come on board and do damage control. We had scheduled to reconnect. We must have called literally 10 times within a 2 week period after that first call, trying to follow up as per his instruction. We even went to the length of finding his wife on FB, who introduced us to Matt via a non-legal interaction. She even indicated he was on a call but would surely call us back just as soon as he was done. Nothing but crickets. We were ghosted, and the time lost greatly affected our ability to find timely representation for the next hearing we had. If you weren't going to take our case, why not just be up front and tell us? What started off great, ended extremely sour and he left us in the lurch. Unfortunately, I would not suggest him or his firm. -JH
