This is the best office of attorneys , aides , and clerical anywhere . They are professional and highly knowledgeable . More importantly they CARE - not just about 'winning' but about their clients - many of whom are going through very stressful events . Karen was an absolute life saver - she took the time to have conversations that helped cope and understand the process . Not only are they ALL kind and caring - but they smile :) - if you are looking for an uptight - cranky- we only care about your money office - they are not for you . While $ is important and legal work is expensive - bills and effort have to be paid - money is not their main objective like it is in many law offices I've been in - and for the work they do rates are reasonable - they also will work to help save you money by presenting other options you may not have considered because you know nothing about the law ! Their main objective is helping . Everyone here helps change peoples lives - very important work !! It makes the world a better place when businesses operate this way . They were recommended to me and I've recommended others here and they've had same experience . Just call them they'll help!

I do not typically leave reviews, but I wish I would've personally read some of these comments and not just their current rating before going forward with this firm. I retained Mr. Fischer for a custody case, I thought his abrasive personality was what I needed and that I was getting someone who was willing to be my knowledge and backbone. While seemingly knowledgeable, I felt he was pushy on settling and don't feel as if he was a true "backbone" for me at all. We discussed things he stated he would add to the custody agreement and evidently did not. I had to reach out to get Information regarding hearings because it was never sent to me. During the child support hearing, we discussed specifics and during the hearing he went in a complete opposite direction than what was discussed causing me to miss out on hundreds of dollars of backpaid child support. Ironically, I was then sent a bill which included a fee for a prior to hearing phone call that I was charged 30 mins, and when I questioned it (showing a 2 min time stamp for that call vs his claimed 30) I was advised that included the 28 mins for pulling my file and preparing for the hearing. However, had he actually utilized that time he probably would've remembered our initial conversation and truly been prepared for my hearing. So to sum this up...if you've made reading this far...I would suggest finding somewhere else. I will personally not be using their services again and would not recommend.

I couldn't say enough about this law firm! I personally retained Dan Garon to represent me. This was one of the best decisions of my life. Dan is very honest and professional he prepared me for all facets of my case. He went above and beyond my expectations he also has a great staff behind him. If your looking for a power house firm look no further they won't disappoint.

Best law office in Macomb county! Mr Fisher is an excellent divorce / custody attorney! He is extremely knowledgeable and honest! He won't take your case if he can't win it. Therefore he won't take your money or waste your time!
