WARNING: DO NOT HIRE!!! Tim is very short tempered. During separate meetings, not once, but twice he got up and said he refuses to help me. One time it was because I was emotional and crying and he said he won't help me when i'm acting like that! He has no empathy or sympathy for his clients. He is not knowledgeable of the law if it has anything to do with criminal charges.

This attorney is the worst if you are someone of color. He tried to make my son take a plea for a $12 item that was taken by mistake just because he was brown. I had to go and speak with this attorney alongside my boy before the court date to make sure he didn't take advantage of my son whom has never even had a speeding ticket. Then to top it off, he would not provide my boy with a copy of the judgement when it was dismissed. I again had to take my son to the courthouse and request the copy ourselves. Some public defender he was. So if you are assigned him through the courts, I suggest you ask for a different attorney if you are someone of color. Thank you for reading.

Mr. Quinnell has handled a number of very sensitive and personal issues for me over the years. I would recommend his firm to anybody who seeks professionalism and compassion from their counsel.
