I have never taken the time to write a review, at least not a positive one. Ms. Marin is top notch. Hiring at attorney is hard, especially in Marquette, everyone says George Hyde is good.... Having used other lawyers in the past Marin Law surpassed my expectations. Her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Ms. Marin works hard, takes time for her clients, is willing to explain the law and legal proceedings, has exceptional communication, and really puts herself into your case. I can not say enough good things about this lawyer!

I had alcohol abuse on the mom. Marybeth allowed it to be thrown out. Pictures and all!! Mary, told me after the first child custody case. She did mention to me, she did not want to be a lawyer. After giving up on me to a fellow Asian women, saying her drunk actions could not be "shown" and not sure what to do. I hope she gets no more business.

I cant begin to explain how essential it is that a good attorney is also a good person. Thats exactly what you get with Marybeth Marin though. Marybeth has helped me along a very difficult custody battle for the last few years. During this time, shes been incredibly responsive, on top of all court filings, and exceptionally informative when it comes to keeping me in the loop to the point where I get copies of court filings within the hour they do most times. She is reasonable with what to expect- which is a good thing because shes very thorough and knows the law well. Marybeth is also honest- and she has never encouraged me to do anything she didnt see as a fair possibility. I genuinely believe that she fights for me because she wants what is best for the child, and not just the person paying her. I could go on and on. I can back this lawyer stronger than any other in town without a doubt, in fact, more than just about any other person in town in general. If you genuinely need help, you're not a bad person looking for an easy way out, you want someone looking out for you and what the RIGHT thing is and you just need help showing that- there is absolutely no doubt that this should be your first call. Honestly, I hope it is your only call. My daughter has a chance of a normal life because of an exceptional attorneys solid, truthful and dedication to her work and the work of her team. Value well beyond currency.

I have had good relationships with virtually all of the attorneys that I've worked with either professionally or on my own case. I also don't write many Google reviews, but I'm writing this one for Marybeth Marin because she worked on my case and earned it. She was responsive, went to work immediately, and got results. I hired her after firing Glenn Sarka for being ignorant, lazy, and lying to me (we all make mistakes and I don't care to speak ill of someone, but it's relative if someone is looking for an attorney and he earned my honest opinion here too). The difference was night and day where Marin was simply out of his league.

Absolutely the best family lawyer in town. Watching Ms. Marin work is incredible. She's knowledgeable, kind, straight forward and honest. No one ever wants to have to hire a lawyer, but if you do this is the place to go.
