Absolutely awful. I am physically disabled and called about being abused and living in the worst living conditions. The woman on the phone literally laughed, said "we can't help everybody", was offended when I said "Jesus christ" and then I hung up on her for feeling equally abused and gaslit by them as the person I was calling about. Zero heart. Awful person. Do not give them your money. They don't want to help you as a person.
Talked with the intake lady and she was the rudest person ever! On top of it how she hung up was very disrespectful people are already dealing with alot they don't need to be disrespected on just asking the question so you know what's my case is about! If you don't like it, and want to keep trading people like that find a new job!
I got told 3 times that someone would call me at 8 am! I got up early to be ready for the call but no one ever called me! Just a bunch of liars work here! I'm still waiting to be called by a lawyer! A week after I was told they would!
