This company deserves ZERO stars. Employers should steer clear of utilizing this company's insurance services. I don't have the capacity or patience to write out all of the issues I've had with this company. Save yourself a headache and use another carrier.

If I could give this company a 0 rating, I would. There is literally no communication between providers and the insured. The communication that is provided consists of lies, half-truths, and unprofessional belligerent conversations. They are uninformed about state laws and refuse to search for facts. My provider waited nearly a year to be compensated for services provided. It was only when served with legal action and the intervention of the state compensation board that they could resolve the matter and render the payment due. Run as far away as possible from this company unless you desire your company's reputation to be as tainted as theirs.

Prior and Recently have had major delays with payment and Audit which i believe USPS is responsible, however Accident Fund has always pulled through in the end. Thanks again AF for your patience and understanding.

You absolutely CANNOT reach a human being at this company. A local broker got my small business signed up for workers comp insurance through Assigned Risk Solutions a year or 2 ago and I received a self-audit form in the mail from them. I have some questions I need to go over with a representative and have only been put on hold for an hour then the phone call just hung up. Also have never gotten a response for emails. I'm starting to wonder if it's even a legitimate business. As expected, all of the reviews are similar to mine. Can't get in touch with anyone at this "company". Also - When you go to the website or call them they say there's been a data breach at the company "but none of your information has been affected". They've had this message up for the better part of 2024! I'm at the point where I think it's a fake business, but they have been taking my money. Something is not right.

This insurance company has proven to be the most unsatisfactory I have ever encountered. Reaching a live representative is nearly impossible, and if one is finally contacted, they lack the ability to clarify invoices or address inquiries. Should you express dissatisfaction or choose to terminate your policy, an audit of your company will likely ensue. After they had a security breach earlier this year, we went without invoices for four months, only discovering the situation through online searches and news articles. This experience has been both dreadful and unprofessional. We are relieved to have transitioned to a different provider.
