My husband had an appeal case with unemployment so I signed up for an advocate. After researching the names on the list and with only a week before the hearing. I called Mr.Sutton out of his business hours expecting to just leave a voicemail and to my suprise he called me back within the hour..originally I kinda thought he was being rude but despite that I chose to go with him anyway..because he did know his law and he had answers to everything I asked him. So the day before the hearing he called to remind us of the hearing and to go over everything one last time..he reassured me we had nothing to worry about and the day of the hearing..he did great and we won our case!! I definitely recommend Mr.Sutton for your unemployment appeal

Mr. Dwaine Sutton did an absolutely amazing job at his work! He met with me where I was, traveled instead of having me travel. He listened and took notes, and then he was available to any call, text or email I had no matter the day. He prepared myself and himself for the phone court and he basically called out the ex employer on every single lie. He did an amazing job, and left the ex employer speechless! Point proven, case won!! Thank you Dwaine!

Don't waste your money. Mr. Sutton never even informed me of my hearing that was 5 miles from my home. Never contacted me that he was in the area or that the case was going to court. Never notified me that I had lost the case. Unemployment notified me. He put all my information in storage. Took my $750.00 and lost my case. I did take to the Attorney Grievance Commision who sided with him. Plan to appeal this if possible. Just bypass this grief and waste of money. There are free resources that are available if you look.

I have a really good feeling that these good reviews are fake or lies... All the negative reviews match what I experienced with Mr Sutton.... First day in court he brings a star wars book with him and sits in the back reading!!! He was horrible with how he treated me in court,my ex was doing a great job at lying to the courts and had prove of her lies and when I tried to bring up points about her testimony that were untrue and I was told to (shut up I'm trying to her what she has to say),or a shhh,or he would just put his hand up and cut me off while I was trying to make those points. Horrible attorney! Don't waste your money!

Thank you for everything Dwaine! Dwaine took my case with two days notice. He was attentive and understanding, answering all of my calls and emails quickly. He did great at my hearing, I felt confident and supported!
