This company need to be investigated for unfair practice in reality. So let's start with buying Debt that charged off in hopes to get paid for it. So you doing the work the org creditor should have but didn't interesting. Then the nerve to lie and say someone was served in person and totally lied sure it was a personal server who signed that cause you had the whole race creed and description wrong ..with a false description of them should be a crime alone with this company. Cause I never been served or signed anything and yet to turn over proof to me with my signature is crazy. Hitting someone with a garnishment for 25% percent of pay for a $900 something debt is wild and out of pocket behavior. I def will be looking into legal help against this company and others reading this should too.

What a disgusting business to be in. What kind of slimy company takes money out of peoples paychecks for medical debt for a life saving surgery for a child. On top of the fact that I wasn't notified AT ALL until I got a notice of garnishment. This is what is keeping working class people down and the CEO's of corporations giving them self a multi-million bonus each year. "If you know better, be better."

These "people" get paid for masquerading as lawyers.. Assume people won't fight deniable charges. Refuse to respond to multiple emails, unless youre offering to pay their demands. An actual joke of a place. Good luck getting in touch with them unless you go in person - but wait they probably sued you from another state than where they are located. Make sure to check out the building maps, hilariously...these "men" dont even make enough money to be driving better than a 5 year old minivan. Shameful.

I was just garnished out of nowhere through a bank account I share with my spouse for a debt that was owed. But with me being a homemaker and my spouse is the only source of income is crazy how they just garnished almost $1,000 from someone account when people have other bills to cover outside of everyday living. No I wasn't notified of this happening and yes I'm upset because that's not right to just take all of someone's hard earned money without notifying them. People are out here struggling trying to make ends meet trying to survive

Totally my fault for ignoring it, got a garnishment, immediately tried to contact to pay in full and was given hoops to jump through. Jumped through said hoops. Finally was able to pay IN FULL, but company refuses to issue me a receipt and to contact employer to stop garnishment. So they will still be garnishing me. This is all within 4 days of the initial garnishment notification. Have proof of payment only through bank account. Rep was rude and condescending. Also poorly spoken english. This company is a joke. Why anyone would hire them is a mystery! Want to start a class action lawsuit based on all these reviews with people having the same experiences. I don't even care about the money at this point I just want this company out of business!
