One of my close relatives had this attorney and even though he is nice he sometimes came off as not informed or lazy. He would always say "I dont know" and he wouldnt keep my relative informed about his case. My relative would have to be the one contacting him constantly to stay informed and to ask this attorney to do something about his situation. It seemed that if it wasnt for my relative's persistence this attorney wouldnt have moved anything. I am putting 3 stars because Michael sounded nice on the phone and because at the end of the day he did accomplish what my relative payed him for.
