Don't recommend this company or any other company Steve Works for. We tried buying a house that he was selling and during the process he requested us to get another appraisal, we got on with a signed contract stating he will pay for the appraisal. The house fell through due to a big difference in the appraisal prices so we ask for Steve to pay for the appraisal per the contract. He stated "He doesn't feel like he has to." Don't work with Steve at all he will scam you as fast as he can.

Steve did an excellent job with my case. He is timely, efficient, and effective. I will definitely recommend him to others.

Business must be good..... have left four messages between secretary and voice mail in 3 weeks time with no return call back from Steve Bratschie. Will take my business elsewhere.
