Talked to Peter about setting up an LLC that was in my name and adding my two partners on to it. Intially was told it would be between 4-500. After intial meeting got a bill for 750 but was told we could send in 650 and it would cover it. Left us with a bunch of question to ask an accountant about the other two buying me out which we stated it wasn't a buy out just a simple new agreement between us three. After calling him and getting charged still doesn't know how to set up an LLC without talking to an accountant .Sending in the signed paperwork over a month ago and not hearing back, we reached out to find out he never got then or never got back with us about needing more information. Not a very easy process he seems to be making things harder than they're and charging for everything. Accountant told us it is not hard to do this and Peter seems stuck on it. Overall I wouldn't go back with him and in fairness I'm sure he is not all to blame. But again i wouldn't recommend him for this particular need.
