Paul and Kelly are the dream team. Their whole staff is wonderful. I had a highly contested custody hearing that had been going on for about 2 years at the time I retained Paul and Kelly. I had two previous attorneys and was so nervous about changing attorneys yet again. I am so thankful I did! I knew things weren't being handled properly with the previous attorneys, and Paul and Kelly made the transition so easy! They immediately began reviewing the court transcripts etc. When I went in for my consult Paul knew both my kids names and their ages, something my previous attorney couldn't get straight for 2 years. Paul and Kelly are caring, kind, and give it to you straight. They don't sugar coat things so you know what to expect. If ever I need an attorney again (let's hope not-lol) I will absolutely be calling them again!

I can't say enough good things about Paul, Kelly and the entire staff. Extremely responsive both with responding to emails and getting things filed. Very compassionate people that fight as hard as they can for you. I had a highly contested custody case that had lingered over 3 years. Paul scott charges 295.00 per hourly phone call. Hell no. 1/16/23: Paul Scott is a professional Scam Artist. This law firm has absolutely conned and scammed me over 6,000 dollars to settle a child custody case & child support. Almost 8 months and I have gotten NOWHERE. It's very unfortunate I trusted Paul Scott & Rachel Smith and individuals in his office to help me and be an advocate for my daughter. 295.00 (I have proof of my invoice) for a phone call where they call YOU and ask YOU questions about your own case? DO NOT TRUST OR HIRE THIS LAW FIRM unless you want to lose thousands of dollars! I had to hire another attorney to get my case actually going somewhere. My new attorney even said that it was a complete disgrace to read my file and to see what this firm had done to me and to actually call themselves lawyers. He even had the audacity to email me personally and criticize me after I released them as my attorneys. I would post that email but I'm sure they could/would use it against me. I'll update on my case when I can. UPDATE: 8/18/23 Matthew Harris of Brighton and his team are amazing! He has been nothing but beneficial to me throughout this whole process. He is HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE and EFFICIENT! I hired Matt 2 months ago and I'm about to have my last court date here in two weeks. What should have only taken 2 months, Paul and Rachel continued motion after motion over at 8 months process and got me nowhere except going in complete circles and more money. Matt also doesn't charge $59 per phone call. Matt also doesn't charge a $5,000 retainer fee either. I recommend Matt Harris for any legal issue you have!! He's truly a blessing in disguise. *** Also if you notice the last few newest reviews of Paul's is all five stars and compliments about Paul and Rachel and how amazing they are. After such a brutal honest review that I left, I guess they needed to reclaim themselves somehow. Probably family or friends just trying to help this firm out.

Paul did an awesome job with my case. My wife previously used him for her custody case. I seen a lot of reviews saying he doesn't like women. But my wife loved him. He even got her everything she wanted from her her case, so I believe he is fair. So she recommended Paul. When I called him I immediately loved how well he knew the family court system and knew I was going to hire him! He would always email me back usually within a couple minutes which was extremely helpful in some events. Most importantly he was dedicated! I felt like I could trust him 100% on doing what was in my best interests and my sons. I know I could relate to Paul being a father. Getting joint custody for fathers is harder then it is for mother's but Paul helped me accomplish that. In court he was very alert and on top of everything going on. I am so thankful for him and his hard work and his team. I will forever recommend him to anybody. Thank you Paul!

I retained this attorney and paid him 3000$ in a custody case. After settling with the other party on our own and no longer needing this attorney, as well as canceling the court date. I then received a bill from Paul Scott for another $2500 after no longer needing his service. Would never recommend this attorney to anyone.
