I can't imagine anyone enjoying the bankruptcy process, but if I had to go through it again I'd definitely come back to this office. After months of freaking out about having to go through this, these guys made it as stress-free as a bankruptcy could be, with a level of kindness and respect I never would have expected. We had a negative experience dealing with Mr. Rogalski. After consulting a third party attorney, it was clear he acted against his client's wishes and interests by funneling offer information to a friend, undermining the open bidding process. This decision, of which Martin's client was initially unaware, negatively impacted his client's ability to obtain the highest offer for her property. I lost trust in Martin through our interactions, know that his client was very dissatisfied, and recommend choosing a different attorney.

Martin and his team were extremely responsive and helpful with our elder care and estate planning needs. They courteously integrated us into their busy schedule, to address short timeframes given by the state of Michigan. They were very clear and upfront with their fee structure, their work was readily prepared for us, and accepted by the state. We had been disappointed with the performance and responsiveness of a couple other firms in the Grand Rapids area, and are pleased we believe we've found our partners going forward.
