Kathleen came after me for a ten year old bill first of all, lied about her agency reaching out to me with multiple letters I never received supposedly delivered to an old address my dad was living at. He would have told me if anything came. She is almost always very rude to speak with, and was even rude and shady with my boyfriend when he tried to give her a paper on making negotiations while I had to work, so far as to not wanting to specify what her job is. Not to mention she called an old job asking for me, which is illegal for her to do and was even rude to my boss she was on the phone with. There were times I asked what I needed to do next to be done with the situation and she said she couldn't give me legal advice. It's asking next steps not asking for advice. She even tried to claim that none of the money that was garnished from my checks came to her and that I still owed a much larger sum when ADP said I only $45 left owed. She's shady, rude and should not be in business.

I had to deal with Ms. Main in a previous settlement due too a debt and had no problems. Now I have another one but there is no way to contact her office now. No email and the telephone gives you the same 3 prompts before 1 more comes on saying "Thank you for calling our company" and hangs up on you. That is totally unprofessional. I'm a trucker out on the road 3.5 out of 4 weeks a month, now I have too leave the road, which in turn loss of pay to PERSONALLY pay her off.This is totally unprofessional

I have a long standing family business in Genesee county. Kathy has been my attorney for many of those years and has never failed to bring in the winning outcome! Never! She's the attorney that other attorney's go to when they need to collect from their deadbeats! In life you need a great doctor, a great insurance agent, and tough lawyer. Look no further!

They will garnish your wages and once your paid off they will continue to take a third of your check and not care if you can't pay your bills. Literally aonto behind in bills because they took a third of my check every week not caring. And even though they have taken a thousand plus dollars from me they still haven't stopped. The woman at the desk said she would do a release if it continued and she didn't. I will be looking into thi's. This has to be illegal.

This law office keeps sending me a Debt that is due. But its actually another company that they were supposed to send it to. Same business name just the spelling is different, if they were any good at what they do they would know to send to the right place. I've already contacted them once last year and thought this issue was fixed!
