Mr. Norwood was amazing. We went to the hearing for a violation on my Interlock device but he approached it as a full license request hearing. I got my full license back! I honestly couldn't believe it. I thought I would have that thing forever! Not forever really, but my original paperwork from getting restricted privileges stated that I could expect to have the restrictions for multiple years. Mr. Norwood got me my license back after only 16 months. I am so appreciative.
