I am a skeptic of everything. I am also a very cautious and kind of an a$&h@le. I had a terrible hit and run accident. Brain injury, spine, vision. Speech issues. A totally destroyed right shoulder. I was hit by a man in a f350 hauling a 40 foot trailer. I was in no place mentally, physically, or emotionally to fight a huge insurance company. My wife found out about Michigan auto law from a family member. So we called and started a 9 year journey that led to a jury trial. It was as horrible as you could imagine. We were assigned specifically to Tom James. I cant even begin to express my gratitude for his fight. He fought so hard for us, all the way to the end. He is Wolverine "the super hero" not the mascot. He is an MSU grad. He is a FIGHTER. He cares and listens and he will NEVER STOP. He knows the law and he will protect you. Add on top of this that he is a tremendous father and husband, his wife is just as awesome and he is a man of integrity. He also likes to be called buff and handsome. His office will fight for you. They will call you back and listen to every one of your worries. My 9 year case is not the norm, it was terribly messy and went all the way to a jury judgment. Ive seen Tom in court for a 6 day trial. It was the most intense and traumatic thing my family has ever been through. Tom won! Without him I don't think I would be here right now. I love the man! This is coming from a lawyer hating skeptic. With a horrible temper and ill mannered nature. Tom has huge b@ll$ Bottom line. Sincerely from the bottom of my heart I thank this man "Tom James" .
