Mr. Brian Mckeen's office investigated my mother's death last year. I want to say Mr. Kevin Poole and Ms. Rachel MacPherson were really good to me and my family. They treated us kind and were honest with us. They said they couldn't file a lawsuit because they couldn't find experts to sign the merit papers, but at least they took the time to look into what happened and give us answers and closures. My brother contacted two other law firms afterwards that wouldn't even bother to look at our case and did not show any kindness like Mr. Brian McKeen's office.
