Save your time and avoid this firm. While the main attorney, Eric, seems like a great person, the chances of him actually taking your case are very slim. My case was handed off to attorney Rita, and unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant from start to finish.
I had multiple scheduled calls with her, but she repeatedly rescheduled at the last minute. Her paralegal was never properly updated on the status of my case, which added to the frustration. Over the course of more than 10 months, there was no meaningful progress made on my file.
In the end, with the statute of limitations nearing expiration, I had no choice but to find a different law firm to take over and continue my case. I do not recommend this firm based on my experience.
