I had a very negative experience with this office. I called them two weeks ago regarding an incident involving a family member. They collected all the information and promised that Attorney Adam Berry would call me the same day, but he didn't. He called about four days later, asked some detailed questions, and said he would do further investigation and call me the next day. He never called back. When I followed up with the front desk, the receptionist rudely said, "We will call you by Monday at the latest to let you know if we plan to proceed or not." They never called. This is highly disrespectful to customers, and I do not recommend them at all.
