If I could give less stars I would, the lack of work and communication on their end is sad. They are charging you $2,000 to help you with your financial needs and to file for bankruptcy, but refuse to communicate with you. Then when you complete the 1st course of credit counseling they don't even send it to the courts, 6-7 months later go by as your awaiting discharge, you get a letter from the courts stating they NEVER received the 1st credit counseling certificate, the lady who I first spoke with tried giving me the wrong case number, but then wants to get rude with you so you get rude with her right back, she didnt like it when I jumped back into her behind , oh well, you're in customer service, treat people better and most of all, do your damn job and their won't be an issue! If you are looking to file bankruptcy, find another attorney who will at least communicate with you and do their job they are paid to do!

Won't return phone calls.. They missed 2 "meetings" that THEY setup and scheduled for me. Then they have a sassy attitude when I do get thru to somebody. If you wanna waste your time then Fairmax is perfect
