Today 9/8/15, Cy Abdo represented me in a Drivers License Appeal hearing at the Circuit Court in Mount Clemens. Cy was able to secure my driving privileges without restrictions. I can not state it enough how professional and caring a person he is. This was an appeal because the original hearing officer had denied my appeal. The Judge set aside the petition because the petitioners rights have been prejudiced by the determination , which is arbitrary, capricious, or clearly an abuse or unwarranted exercise of discretion. WOW. Cy, Matthew and I originally met to discuss this case and I was impressed with their understanding of the processes and necessary information needed to have my driving privileges reinstated.
