As a precious tax and financial planning specialist who work along side estate planning attorneys for over a decade, I am thoroughly impressed! Working with Madelyn Lane was smooth. She is kind and explains things that anyone will be able to understand. While being extremely helpful, she was not pushy and never questioned what I wanted. Yet, her guidance was truly appreciated.

Julie has been a kind and helpful person throughout my probate case, and I appreciate the support she's provided in the past. However, I am deeply concerned about the management of my case and funds. After nearly two years and over $5,000 spent, I am still receiving bills for debts that were supposedly addressed as part of my father's estate. Monthly charges also appear to be repetitive, which adds to my frustration. I've been told the estate is ready to close, but I'm being asked to fulfill additional tasks, and I've reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable continuing with this firm. The frequent turnover of attorneys and paralegals within the firm raises further concerns about consistency and accountability. While I wish Julie all the best and respect her intentions, I can no longer trust the firm with something so important. I am requesting to be released as a client so I can seek a different lawyer to review my case thoroughly. I sincerely hope this firm can improve its processes for the benefit of its clients in the future. Update: After posting this review and receiving a final invoice showing a $0 balance, I was later sent a modified invoice in an attempt to charge me for a previously non-billable service. This only confirmed the concerns I expressed earlier. I do not recommend this office.

My experience with this law firm was great. They cared and replied to questions in a professional and expedient way. I would highly recommend them. My experience with them was with Guardianship/Conservatorship of my grandmother.
