I am beyond grateful for Robert Gittleman! He immediately understood the complexity of my case, which involved more factors and elements than a typical situation. He knew exactly how to handle every single element without issue and seriously brought my case to a finish in less than a full year from start to end! My husband and I are super happy with the results
And let me tell you about Diane! I swear I must have emailed her over a hundred times with questions, updates, and paperwork. She was always so fast with her replies and never made me feel like I was bothering her (which I know, at some points, I was!).
I had an absolutely great experience with Robert Gittleman and Diane! I highly recommend them.

Trust all the one star reviews. Robert Gittleman didn't listen to a word out of my mouth and I genuinely felt like I was explaining myself to a child half the conversation and a brick wall the other. Had a wisdom tooth erroneously pulled out of my jaw which apparently wasn't an easy enough win for him, and the entire firm seems to just act on their assumptions. Very obviously out for a quick buck, offered no help, skip them and look for an actual lawyer.

Called for a consultation. Horrifyingly dismissive. Could tell immediately he had little to no interest in helping me. Best advice he had... " find a different law firm " . Do not waste your time folks. Keep looking

I had a great experience with Robert. Robert is a very through and efficient attorney! He listened to everything I had to say about my case and answered all my questions straight forward. He told me I could get money for my injuries and he did really fast too. The clerk is also nice and was nothing but helpful. Robert would call me, return my calls and kept me updated on my case and that to me is very important! I would recommend him to anyone that needs a dental malpractice lawyer!

I've been having SEVERE crown issues and was referred to Mr. Gittleman. I was excited to speak with him hoping to have someone with so much experience help me solve my 2 year long problems. I made sure to write a detailed description of what my case would involve and what my specific damage was.
We played phone tag for about two weeks. When I finally got a chance to speak with him, he cut me off and interrupted me multiple times. For 10 minutes, I tried to explain everything I went through only for him to tell me he doesn't do cases involving crowns.
On his websites, it's written clearly, "Are you in severe pain? Are you being treated for periodontal disease or oral cancer that could have been prevented? Did your root canal, crown or veneer treatment fail? Dental malpractice lawyer Robert Gittleman will work to ensure the dentist responsible for your suffering will answer for his or her negligence." Well that's exactly what I described. Crown failure over two dozen times, painful and unnecessary root canals, numerous infections, lost wages, decreased confidence and emotional distress.
When he tells me he doesn't do these types of cases, I asked if he could recommend a firm. He tells me to figure it out myself and hangs up. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated in such a way, especially when you're coming to someone in a desperate state and seeking for advice.
If my case isn't going to bring you enough money, you'd feel like I'd lose or you just don't want to do it...I'd rather be told that than lied to when there's proof online you actually do these cases.
