Miss Samantha, all I can say is WOW!!!! Finally I am able to heal mentally! Everybody at Padilla was very helpful and supportive during my process of my injury claim, three years of fighting is over now and when I was informed they wanted to settle I was so relieved. We were in an auto accident in May of 2023. Mike Morse was who we called first. Everything was going great the first couple months then all of a sudden they couldn't take our case and referred us to another firm that supposedly tries this type of case all the time. He said we would be in great hands. Our case wasn't large enough for his firm . We were sent to Padilla law firm. We didn't have much experience with law suits so we just assumed he was telling the truth about this firm. As of today we still have not received any compensation, our medical bills are not being paid and worst of all we settled in June of this year. The amount was very small for the lasting effects we live with everyday. Our attorney said that's all she could get. Never did she come to us with any other offers, just this one. And told us basically take it or leave it and get nothing. We took it because of all the medical bills needing to get paid. They still are not paid. What ever you do dont trust Mike Morse for help. Only if your case is worth millions will he help. His referrals are not good either. Its best to do research yourself on law firms. The one we used because of his referral is horrible. Be careful.

I don't have the words to express how amazing this law group truly is. Dan Padilla, Sam Schanta, and Wes Compton are forever my heroes. They always made sure i was taken care of and my needs were addressed! 11/10 recommend. Thank you Padilla Law!

Attorney Sam is the best at padilla law in Birmingham, she was so helpful and responsive with all my questions and legal matters and it helped me so much during this extremely difficult time!
