Ive used them many times from manager apart complex harassment problems to working g on financial problems now . They are sweet and kind down there never cost me a dime and things were completed the right way. Thank you every one fken there especially Deb and Pam for being there for me and others that had there play in things.

Been waiting to hear back from them for over a week! Had two different people call me back. Didn't know what they were talking about giving me legal advice but then saying I'm not a lawyer. Asked to speak with a lawyer then so I can get the right information! Told me they're all busy! Just a cluster of a miss. Having people talking to vulnerable people and giving them legal advice when they're not even a lawyer. Asked if my information would be saved in the system for future reference so I wouldn't have to go through this again was told that they only keep their customers information or else it would clog the system. I said oh you wouldnt consider me a customer and the lady said im afraid not! Rude i just ended up hanging up. Seems like a dog running around trying to catch their tail! The place is pointless! Updated my review to atleast a two Starr cause Cindy called me right back and told me the other girl is just an intake worker like her! Cindy took my information and said she would pass it along to the right people! What a world of difference that one person can make!

From the professionalism, concerns, communication, and footwork, all the way through to the end of my expungement process, I am very grateful and appreciative of the way legal aid helped me with my expungement.
