I was referred to this firm to handle a probate issue related to the unexpected death of my brother. Flew in to Battle Creek and not only would they not speak to me which I can understand if they're busy but when I ask if they could refer me to another firm they refuse to do so. As far as I know Within the bar association, referrals are a common courtesy I'm very disappointed with how this firm presented itself to me and how they simply dismissed my interest in their services. I was particularly surprised because I had another attorney from Jackson, Michigan specifically recommend and refer me to them and he sent a letter to them with that referral. Based on what I've seen, I would not recommend this for.
