The Law Office Of Brian Frey

I gave Mr Frey a $2500 retainer two years ago. I had a few phone consultations about my case. It was going nowhere. He hit some sort of wall. When he ran out of excuses he ghosted me completely. He still has my retainer and won't communicate with me. I'm now forced to file small claims and make a complaint to the American bar association. It seems he will service his clients as long as things go smooth with the case. A professional attorney ghosting a retained client is going to far. Proceed with this knowledge if you decide to hire Mr Frey

Absolutely amazing lawyer. Down to earth and helps explain things and doesn't brush you off when you discuss the case with him like many lawyers around here do. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Brian Frey is the best defense attorney in the Adrian/Lenawee county area. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing legal service from a great lawyer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The biggest issues with Brian are that he does not answer phone calls/emails for days, he provides very little information, and he refuses to give legal advice. I understand he can't "tell" someone what to do, but when a person hires an attorney, they do so because they need legal representation and advice. When asked what the options were, he responded with, "it's whatever you want to do." I know it's a person's responsibility to choose their fate, but you need to know the options you have to choose from in order to make an informed decision. If I would have known how poorly Brian represented his clients, I would never have hired him.

Brian Frey is a well informed, on top of your situation, down to earth type. He was reassuring, stayed and kept me up to date, also took whatever time was needed to talk things over. He is reasonable on rate. I felt and feel blessed to have him represent me , he has brought me closure. I strongly recommend him.

This Attorney has my retainer and will not respond to calls or emails. I'm left to file complaint with the American Bar Association. Very unprofessional.
