Professional representation! You will want to request Katrina L. DuMont to represent you. She is effective and efficient, patient and considerate. She represented us during a hard time with possible lifetime repercussions. We benefitted greatly in so many ways due to her being our attorney. She was able to reach an agreement that gave us a second chance. Honestly can't go wrong.

If I could give no starts I would, Katarina DuMont is a nightmare to deal with, I have not been properly served or provided documents pertaining to an active case, when i requested her supervisors name, and contact information Katarina DuMont claims she has no supervisor and has repeatedly failed to file motions and lies to the courts and parents. Not professional and does not understand family law.

Called to hire John, was put with Katarina. I would stray away, she is still new and did not perform well in court. I had to hire another attorney to do what she should have done in the first place. I believe she actually helped the other person with her cross examination. She let Judge Anzalone have a lawyer in the court room for other person who was not entered as appearance and she let the judge talk to opponent off record. She failed to ask the judge to toss case based off manufactured fake evidence. She did not call anyone in to authentic said fake evidence. Total waste of time and money. Clearly not ready for court. Although she is nice. I had to file complaint with judicial tenure commission and attorney general. I had a detective give me more evidence against opponent and she did not return emails about the AG complaint or JTC complaint. Unprofessional. Edit to add after viewing her newest + review: Even the prosecutor and LIVINGSTON COUNTY SHERIFF DEPT SAID "GET A REAL LAWYER WHOS GOING TO DO THEIR JOB". Looks like she gets criminals off and lets innocent people go unheard. Good luck with her and cronies.

From the beginning to the end Michelle at James Daly law office was professional and beyond helpful. We also had to speak with James Daly a few times, who put us in contact with her and our communication was pleasant. Overall and easy great experience doing a land contract write up. Also, very reasonable in pricing.

Couldn't be happier!! Mr. Daly and Michelle are stars in my book. Jim got my case threw out without having to go to trial. Thanks you guys were amazing I'd recommend this office time and time again!
