Update i will go into this further but I don't reccomend this law firm or Matt H. I used this law firm twice and used Matt H twice and lost both cases, I'm out thousands of dollars and all he said to me you win some you lose some, he got paid his law firm got paid i got nothing not even I'm sorry. While the 2nd case was going his commutation skills became a huge issue and at times became MIA. He should be ashamed of himself but he won't as he came highly recommend and boosted he was good at his job but I lost two cases while he was in the driver's seat!! Truly pathetic and embarrassing as far as I'm concerned!! Negative 50 stars !! Look for another law firm !! Started talking to this office on 12/29/2022 about a legal matter the person who i have been talking with seems to show a genuine interest in my case and shows a willingness to want to help and doesn't talk down to me or belittle me and he seems to be very professional and very productive and a go getter with this matter I brought to him. It's still early in this process but I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs or wants legal assistance or advice.

We hired Jim Fisher for a custody case. Him and Jan were super nice the times we met but the communication after we paid was lacking. We never heard from them even after we attempted to reach out multiple times. After a month with no movement, we asked for a refund. Jan said that she had some emergencies lately which is why she had not been responding back to us which to me is not an excuse for bad business especially when you are paying a large amount. With our refund we were deducted 600 since we had a meeting and Jim had read some of the paperwork we brought. Basically we lost 600 and got nothing for it. I was very disappointed.

Would give them zero stars ifpossible. I gave the secretary the information on the phone, and she set an appointment. Evidently they represented my ex wife's family at some point so they refused me service. Instead of calling and cancelling the meeting they waited until I took off work to tell me in person. Very poor treatment. Somehow the minute I arrived they realized there was a conflict, yet as soon as I walked in they tell me there is a conflict. Bottom line is they didnt care about wasting my time, and are trying to put the blame on me instead of admitting that they waited until I got there to tell me, rather than calling so I didnt have to take off work.

Matthew Hauser is that dude if you're dealing with criminal law. I had an uphill battle and he stood next to us the whole time. Highly recommend using him for any matters.

Nelson Karre is excellent for trust and estate planning. Very professional. Highly recommend.
