My experience that I had to go through all my surgeries and then between both Workman's Comp and then file for Disability. Charles made it easy to get all my stuff submitted and settled with both of them within a timely matter. I highly recommend him to anyone who has that kind of situation to handle both at the same time.

I was horribly injured as a passenger in a car accident, which took almost everything from me including my short-term memory. After years of barely any communication, my lawyer showed up at my settlement hearing and couldn't remember the details of my case at all. I had to prep HIM right beforehand, and he ensured me a definite $200k-300k settlement. I had surgery after the accident and they found and fixed multiple extensive injuries. I spent 18 months in physical therapy before my insurance ran out, going 3x/week, at 5-6am before work, and still made no progress. I was 24 years old during my settlement hearing and scared out of my mind, also intimidated and naive while the 5 other attorney's questioned me. I was so confused and upset and he didn't step in at all. Meanwhile they even made me doubt myself and their lawyers got me to agree that nothing was found in my surgery and there was no proof (I had a brain MRI right after the accident and records from university saying I had to take a semester off my senior due to the extreme diagnosed short-term memory loss from the car accident) but saying memory loss could have happened at any time I might have hit my head. My lawyer never stepped in or supported me even though i did give him those test results and years of PT records. Long story short, it's been 13 years - my symptoms have only progressed and I walked away with almost nothing. I never would have given a review, except I saw my lawyer in a TV commercial this week - while still being upset, in pain and furious at myself for falling into their question trap. I wish he stepped in. Ever. My lawyer felt so guilty he didn't even take a cut of my almost nothing settlement. I'm glad other people had positive experiences but I'd just advise, be very proactive in working with you lawyer because they have a stack of other cases they are working on too and yours might be forgotten.
