I have had the pleasure meeting Attorney Miller through another Attorney I was using. Attorney Miller has represented me over the past 4-5 years with issues with my ex not following court order visitations and other matters. Every I had to go to court Mr. Miller was there and was able to facilitate agreements with my ex. Most recently, Mr. Miller helped me win Primary Custody of my daughter who had been living with my ex but was requesting to move and live with me on a full time basis. At first I went it alone and the courts kept giving us a new date and then finally after a year a trail date was set. I knew i needed someone whom I could trust and rely on. I called Mr. Miller and without hesitation he was onboard representing me again. To make a long story short, through his guidance and professionalism and in a quick 2 week notice, Mr. Miller helped me win Physical Custody of my daughter and she is now living with me and she is happy and doing great. If you truly need an attorney who will be there every step of the way or even in a quick case i would strongly recommend Attorney Jeffrey Miller. He is upfront, honest and will go out of his way. Jeff is a family man and he understands the importance of that and is a committed Attorney, Family man and I am glad to say a friend. I've been reluctant to make this review. But the more time goes on, the more I realize there was some snake moves being made. In November of 2023, Mr. Miller was hired by my now fiance for a nasty divorce case she was going through. From the beginning, Jeff seemed very genuine. However I think his close relationship with her ex's attorney had an effect on how he fought for his client. First he informed her that there was absolutely nothing that could be done in the false restraining order that her ex put on her after her teenage son disrespected her in awful ways, saying she physically "shoulder checked" him. And concerns that she was dating "myself". Allowing a man that didn't have residency or live together, alienate her from her children and take the home that she took over when her parents died just about a year before. He watched the opposing council multiple times commit perjury when confronted before court cases that his client was lying on financial statements. He then convinced her to sign into agreements, saying it was the only option. Giving her only 7 hours. One day on the weekend SUPERVISED! Ultimately finding out that he had her sign her rights away. He wouldn't answer texts, emails or phone calls until the morning of the cases. He sat back and watched an amazing mother with a stellar background, (career, no criminal history, no drug or alcohol use) get served injustice because the ex was tied to local law enforcement and (finding out at the end) was neighbor offices with the opposing council. There was every piece of proof presented, that not only was the ex lying and manipulating the system, but in fact committing crimes. Even after the 3 months of hell she spent under this restraining order, once it was dropped, he fought for her or her children. 0%!!! Not even more parenting time. And once confronted in a reasonable manner about the issues.he put in a motion to withdraw from the case. I thought it was an attorneys obligation to serve and protect their client!!??? Especially when the client has all the proof of everything and wayyyyy more! DCF did their investigation as well and found the original accusations untrue. I met Jeff a few times. We talked about God and righteousness. Unfortunately, it seems the system is too crooked to put those things first. In my opinion, Mr. Miller should stick to tenants and not children's lives. Maybe true injustice will not continue. This is not OK.

I called Mr. Miller to seek his advice as the plaintiff in a commercial landlord-tenant dispute that was scheduled for small claims court in a couple of days. Mr. Miller understood the facts of the case very quickly and represented me during the trial with the utmost competence and professionalism. I spoke to Mr.Jeffrey today and honestly it was the best talk I have ever had, this guy helped me so much that 45 minute call we had and I spoke to him about my situation. The results I had was spectacular he helped me so much and got me ready for my court date. Honestly best lawyer I have ever spoken too and really do appreciate the time that he took to answer and help my case I had with my landlord tenant case.
