I've called on attorney Tony Tomasiello Jr twice for real estate representation and have been very impressed. We teamed up in 2009 to close on a house that I purchased in Worcester, MA. Tony made the experience painless. I called on him again in 2021 to sell that same property and it was a rewarding experience. He kept me informed of my responsibilities such as notifying the mortgage company and requesting payoff information, purchasing the correct smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, recording the water meter readings, fire code inspections, and with his dealings between his office and the buyer's attorney through phone calls, emails, and text messages. When I needed help with trash removal, he provided a list of reliable local companies in the trash removal business. Same with real estate agents and lawn care professionals. Very impressive. When I require my next legal council in Worcester County, I will certainly call on Tony. If my legal issue is outside his expertise, he will refer me to a subject matter expert. Thanks again Tony.
