Run! Richard Canzano will take your money. In my case, he promised to file my chapter 13 nine months ago and asked for $800 check for upfront fees. Then he included his administrative fees of $4,500 to be paid over the period of the payment plan, after nine months when he actually filed my c-13, plus he claimed fees from my legal insurance.
