I hired Attorney Nicole D. Sullivan in 2016 after suffering damage to my C-spine in a fall at work which required 3 discs to be fused with rods and screws to stabilize the vertebrae. In the same fall I was knocked out which caused a concussion and damaged both hips which were totally replaced in coming years. I was forced to retired early and my employer tried to deny my injuries were work related even though they sent me to Lawrence General Hospital via ambulance. They even refused to pay the ambulance cost until Attorney Sullivan pushed the issue. I am now receiving an Accidental Disability Retirement benefit that started in January of 2023.
