Perhaps 25+ years ago Leslie came right up to me in her office after someone referred her to me: "Let me help You". She was familiar with this Company which was known to scam people. "I see that's what they have done with You as well"! In short order she had everything straightened out and I was refunded hundreds of dollars they told me that I owed them! What A Delight having her intervene on my behalf and although I honestly don't remember the details of the case; I remember her professionalism and genuine interest to resolve this matter. Isn't it interesting that I remember her quality of care .. however no recollection of the case itself!
