Beliveau Law Group came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Margaret worked very patiently with us to set up a will and trust. She was able to answer our many questions and we were impressed with her depth of knowledge in law, taxation, and estate planning. We have been going to Beliveau Law Group, and working with David Beliveau, for almost 13 years now for all our legal needs, and we highly recommend them to anyone. It started off with having a will and other legal documents put together given we were starting a family and buying a house. Mary Hart, Beliveau Law Group's real estate lawyer, worked with us in taking care of all the paperwork when buying the house and selling our previous house. In the years since then, we have made changes to some of our legal documents where Dave Beliveau has been terrific in meeting with us to get the needed changes done. We have also been working with David over the years in setting up all our assets in a family trust. David is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to tax law in Massachusetts and advising us in the best way to set up our assets. We also have been using Beliveau Law Group to do our taxes over the years, which has been a huge help. And recently, David helped us out in a pinch in a couple ways... first in summer 2020 (along with Mary Hart) when we were purchasing a house in Maine, and second in reviewing a legal document for a business situation I was getting into where after his review it gave me a much better sense of comfort in signing that document. David's breadth of knowledge and the range of support his law office provides has been such a terrific resource for us in meeting all our legal needs over the years, and we look forward to continuing to work with David and his office as we soon head into our retirement years.
