Horrible. ZERO communication, follow ups, nothing... even after multiple calls and emails. Acts bothered. He shouldn't take cases he's not able to handle or be willing to advocate for his clients. Wants to sit back and do nothing. WOMEN, STAY AWAY!!!

Kempton is one of those rare attorney's who "gets it done!" He is more than capable, efficient, and able to bring parties together despite circumstances being difficult. He is highly respected amongst others in the legal profession and has nice ways. I turn to Kempton after hiring another attorney who charged excessively and dragged things out. Changing horses mid-stream was not easy, but I'm glad I did.

Kempton is an excellent lawyer. He is a phenomenal negotiator and was able to bring our case to conclusion acting as our conciliator appointed by the court. He is professional, to the point and communicates clearly and concisely. Kempton was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him

I feel compelled to warn all women. Gingery Kempton is bias against women. He presents "women are all greedy" you can't negotiate fairly under such biases. I came into my marriage with more assets and money then my soon to be ex. Because I was a stay at home mother of twins for 6 years he wants to tell me "I am greedy" to ask for half of our assets. Beware before conciliation what you are entering into..........I am disgusted by what men think they are entitled. Do whatever they want and get everything too!

Attorney Giggey is well respected throughout both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Courts. For the past several years he has successfully conciliated dozens of cases for me.
